I began studying and practicing Shiatsu in 1987.  My training began in New York City at the Ohashi Institute in New York City.  I also trained in Swedish & Sports massage in Portland, Oregon at East West College in 1991 (OR lic. 3821).  My past teachers were Ohashi and the many qualified instructors at the Ohashi Institute.  Currently I study with Cliff Andrews of the Shiatsu College in the U.K.  I taught Shiatsu at East-West College 1992-1999, and rejoined the faculty in 2007.  I also taught beginning and advanced Shiatsu at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) 1995-2005.    My private practice is located in downtown Portland, Oregon.
