Welcome to Zen Shiatsu Portland!
We are three Licensed Massage Therapists specializing in Zen Shiatsu, and we also have talented Acupuncturist Monica Zimmerman LAc working with us. We are: Adrianne Cadbury LMT (OR Lic. 13462), Sande Mullany LMT (OR Lic. 3821) and Tina Rea LMT (OR Lic. 5362). We have over 50 years of combined experience and training focusing on Zen Shiatsu. Over the last six years we have been involved in advanced training with The Shiatsu College of the UK. We have completed a 2 year Post-Graduate Shiatsu Training and a 2 year teacher training for Shiatsu instructors. Our extensive training and experience enables us to provide quality care to our clients.
Our clients come to us for Shiatsu treatments that address the effects of conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis and arthritis, and keeping chronic pain in check, potentially resolving or eliminating it. Many of our clients see the value of coming in for regular treatments to support an active lifestyle, or for prenatal and post natal care.
We also teach Zen Shiatsu courses, such as Treating Neck and Shoulder Pain, Treating Low Back Pain, Advanced Neck Work - classes are open to massage therapists and Shiatsu therapists. Private classes and tutorials are also offered. Please check our website again for the current schedule.
